v5.37 - Filter Items, Share Tables, & Return to Menu

Version 5.37 introduces our new ‘Filter’ feature to help guests with allergens, intolerances and preferences; a new ‘Share button’ that makes it easier to share tables (and tabs!) and a new ‘View menu’ button that provides a new way to return to your favourite menu.

As always please note that the property branding and content shown are from the IRIS Beta property, but when these features are released it will be with your property branding, logos and colour schemes applied as they are today. Attribute Filter

Item Attributes help guests filter their food/drink items according to their allergens, intolerances and preferences. They can filter items to highlight various dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, Halal, Kosher, etc) or potential allergens (gluten, shellfish, nuts, etc.).

Our new Filter feature now allows users to filter our menus based on the attributes so that they are only shown the items they have a preference for.

So whether you only want to see vegetarian items or are trying to avoid gluten, our new filter makes it easier than ever for guests to make educated choices.

Pro Tip: You can use emojis in your attributes, which helps customers notice and understand them better.

Share Button

Last year, we introduced our Open Tab feature, which allows guests to order to the same tab from different devices.

In this release, we’ve added a Share Button in the upper right corner of the Outlet Page so guests have a convenient way of sharing their tabs with one another.

To make things even simpler, the Share Button automatically picks up the first user’s table number, so when their friend clicks to open the page, they can instantly start adding to the table’s tab.

View Menu

Finished placing an order but want to go back to the menu?

We’ve added a handy View Menu Button to the Order History page to make it easier for guests to get back to the Outlet they just ordered from. A great way to encourage another round or two!
