How long have you worked at IRIS?
“I have worked at IRIS for 11 months now, my role is to plan, maintain and align our IT systems with our business goals. ’’
What’s your background?
‘‘I'm a dedicated IT professional with two decades of experience in the field, and I have a passion for both football and basketball. My favourite football team is Manchester United.’’
What is one of the most interesting tasks/projects you’ve worked on at IRIS?
‘‘One of the most interesting challenges I undertook was optimising the cost of IRIS cloud infrastructure, resulting in a significant 30% reduction in expenses, which translated into substantial savings for the company.’’
What sets IRIS apart from other companies?
‘‘What distinguishes IRIS from other companies is its strong sense of belonging and commitment to inclusivity, which in turn fosters a collaborative team environment that drives results.

What is your most significant achievement to date – personal or professional?
‘‘The most significant accomplishment I can proudly share is relocating my family to the UK (from the Philippines) and offering them improved opportunities and a better quality of life.’’
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“I take pleasure in getting up every morning, even on colder days, and I relish the experience of sipping coffee during the winter season.”
What inspires you about working in hospitality?
‘‘The flexibility it offers in the workplace and the wealth of opportunities to grow.’’
What is your favourite hobby?
‘‘I love cooking in my free time.”
What is your guilty pleasure?
‘‘Sweets and chocolates.’’

“My daughter.’’
