The five-star luxury hotel in London deploys IRIS’ online ordering app to enhance in-room dining sales and operations

The hotel has ambitious plans to boost revenue further by expanding the online ordering capabilities to other areas of the hotel such as the bar area and for corporate events and conferences. And by automating processes with the mobile dining platform (so orders go direct to the kitchen), the hotel no longer needs staff members to manage phone orders which is also helping the team optimise resources, operate more sustainably and lower costs.
