IRIS is shortlisted for two guest experience and ordering awards at The Caterer Supplier Awards 2025

IRIS has been successfully shortlisted for the Booking, Ordering & Payment Solution of the Year and Innovative Guest Experience of the Year at The Caterer Supplier Awards 2025.

The new awards were launched to celebrate the most creative and innovative food, drink, equipment and technology suppliers in the hospitality industry, with the winner being announced on 3 April 2025 at One Moorgate Place in London.

As part of our entry, IRIS demonstrated how we cater to multiple brands, tenants and languages, and lead the market with our digital F&B ordering, guest directory and concierge solutions.

Built with hotels and restaurants front and centre, our platform enables operators to provide a flexible and enhanced mobile ordering experience for guests and staff, whilst at the same time driving ancillary revenue and saving time.

Our experienced and knowledgeable in-house team has developed solutions that meet the needs of today’s operators and guests, with regular releases of new features.

As such, we’re proud to partner with many of the world’s leading groups including Marriott, Ennismore, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons, in addition to global management companies like Aimbridge Hospitality, White Lodging Services and Crescent Hotels as well as smaller groups like Soneva, the Lore Group and Soho House.

These awards, from the creators of the coveted Cateys, will reward those who are setting new standards in supporting operators with innovative products, outstanding service and commercial creativity.

The two awards IRIS has been shortlisted for are as follows:

BOOKING, ORDERING & PAYMENT SOLUTION OF THE YEAR

This award honours a technology provider which has created a digital solution that transforms how guests book reservations, place orders and make payments using seamless, user-friendly technology that drives convenience, efficiency, satisfaction, and, ultimately, revenue for operators.

From intuitive reservation systems and online ordering platforms, to slick QR codes and seamless POS solutions, the winning supplier will have shown improvements to operational speed, accuracy and guest engagement, while enhancing the overall experience for both businesses and their customers.

INNOVATIVE GUEST EXPERIENCE OF THE YEAR

This award honours a supplier that has revolutionised the guest experience within the hospitality industry. From robot concierges and in-room content platforms, to digital door-keys and menus, chatbots or computer vision plate scanning technology – there’s a wealth of technology which can improve the all-important guest experience.

Judges will be looking for innovative technology solutions which anticipate guest needs and elevates their experience through delivering convenience, memorable moments or personalisation via a seamless digital interaction.

Mark Horne, IRIS CEO commented:

“We’re incredibly proud and delighted to be recognised at these awards – by enabling hospitality operators to deliver a fully mobile experience, save costs and boost revenues and operational efficiencies, our hoteliers are in the best position to maximise the revenue potential from their properties and give their guests and staff a premium experience.

I’m thrilled that our team’s hard work and passion, along with our growth over the past 18 months, has been recognised. Here’s to a successful evening at the Awards event in April!

Well done to all the shortlists, these awards have proved a great opportunity to recognise companies excelling in the supply side of our sector.”
