Custom drop-down field offering flexible options
We have introduced a custom field on the checkout page to accommodate various guest preferences, improving operational efficiency. This custom drop-down field allows guests to select from multiple options, which can be tailored to suit different needs.
For example, you can allow guests to select ‘Eat In or Takeout’ or select their preferred payment method. There are the various options, subject to modification, for example;
Cash: Perfect for those who prefer to pay with cash over card.
Card on Delivery: Ideal for a seamless and modern payment experience.
Pay on Checkout: A convenient way to settle the bill at the end of their stay.
This thoughtful addition ensures hotel staff are equipped with all the information they need - whether it’s bringing the exact change or the card machine, making the digital dining experience more seamless.

Refined Styling: Categories and sub-categories
We’ve enhanced our menu styling to distinguish between categories and sub-categories, elevating the browsing experience. This allows you to present your offerings in a more organised and aesthetically pleasingly way.
With our refined categorisation, guests can easily navigate through the selections, whether distinguishing between different cuisines, types of services, or any other grouping that suits your property’s needs.
For instance, hotels can craft a sophisticated wine list with main categories such as "Wine" and sub-categories highlighting different grape varieties or countries of origin.
Guests can then explore the selection of wines with the expertise of a sommelier and discover the perfect wine for their palate, whether it's a robust Cabernet Sauvignon or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc!
