What do you do and how long have you worked at IRIS?
‘‘I ensure that our customers have a great experience with our products from the very first day. I have been with IRIS for a year now.’’
What do you love about working at IRIS?
‘‘I get a lot of autonomy in my daily tasks.’’
What’s your background?
‘‘Hotels and customer support. I worked for a small boutique hotel and then for a bigger chain so I have a very good insight into how hotels work and what their needs are.’’
What did you want to do when you were growing up?
‘‘I wanted to be an actress.’’
What sets IRIS [or your department] apart from other companies?
‘‘IRIS genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to provide them with as much support as they need.’’
What is your favourite hobby?
‘‘I enjoy cooking hot breakfast in the morning.’’
What inspires you about working in hospitality?
‘‘Knowing that my work impacts a lot of people, and I can make someone's trip a little bit better every day.’’
What is your guilty pleasure?
‘‘I do mental health walks to the local cake shop every week.’’

‘‘The freedom and understanding I get from my colleagues and manager.’’
