The future of F&B

We’ve come a long way since IRIS® was founded in 2008.

As individuals and as a company, we’ve learned a lot along the way and felt that our former logo, images, illustrations, and colours didn’t represent who we are anymore. We’ve come into our own and found our niche: connecting some of the most amazing hotel brands and their guests, using our digital know-how.

Originally, we focused on mobile-optimized experiences, but since then, we’ve expanded our products and services to help hoteliers create incredible guest experiences.

After a decade of encouraging our customers to push the limits and innovate, we thought we should practice what we preach. After all, we wouldn’t want to use a mobile app that hadn’t been updated in 10 years.

A lot of love went into our rebrand.

As a company, we emphasise the importance of versatility, innovation, and experimentation to all of our partners, which is why the Bauhaus Movement and the mantra “form follows function” heavily influenced our new identity.

What does this rebrand mean for our customers?

Our goal is to give retailers and other brands a holistic view of their customers so they can make data-driven decisions about how, when, and where to engage them.

We’ve shifted from focusing on only mobile experiences to connecting people, places, and devices all over the world— and we have engagement tools to manage and personalise these connections.
